1. What was the term "Digital Native" meant to be used as? It was originally meant to be used as a metaphor for describing the differences that many people observed between older people and younger people at the turn of the century.

2. According to author what are the characteristics associated with Digital Natives? Easy-going

3. Do you consider yourself a Digital Native? I believe so because I grew up while technology was growing so I use it daily and frequently. I rely on it way to much.

4. What is Digital Wisdom? It is the acceptance of digital enhancements as an integral part of human existence.

5. How does the author define "wisdom"? Efficiently using technology.

6. How can technology enhance our Wisdom? Give three examples from the chapter? It enhances our access to data, our access to alternate perspective, and our ability to plan and prioritize.

7. What concerns did Socrates have about the technology of writing? Socrates feared that writing would diminish our memories.

8. How can teachers practices Digital Wisdom? They can use the technology in the classroom as it advances that way they learn from it as it comes and goes.

9. The author states that he is "...opposed to those who claim the unenhanced mind and unaided thinking are somehow superior to the enhanced mind." Are you? Why or why not? I am opposed to this because I think you have to understand the enhanced mind way to be able to learn more just because there is more to learn with new styles coming in.

I feel that this quote is very strong in saying that technology will help us learn and become smarter, but it will help us grow as a civilization and that will have everyone using technologies to help every daily life with learning new things. Digital technology is always growing and it is now becoming the way we learn and it will make us smarter and wiser.
